Una Fraser,
Treasurer

Bob Henry is the Co-Founder of Fountainhead Mechanical Inc. and has specialized in serving the condominium industry in various roles offering mechanical services for nearly 20 years. Bob brings a strong background and experience from  “boots on the ground” as a plumber, class A gasfitter, and hydronic service technician to customer relationship management as well as comprehensive systems assessment and analysis. Recently a focus on leadership and making an impact by giving back has become a primary motivator. Bob loves the condominium industry that always welcomed him and allowed him to build a successful career and grow his personal and professional network over the years. Bringing a commitment to his core values of Integrity, Empathy, Safety and Communication he is eager to give back to the community that has been so welcoming in a meaningful way and looks forward to serving through the board of ACMA.

Una has been with ACMA for over fifteen years and holds both the both ACM and RCM designations sponsored by ACMA and NACM. With these and other qualifications, she joined the board a few years ago to contribute to the ongoing work that the industry changes will require. In a career filled with almost every type of real estate management that includes two decades of condominium management, she has served and protected a large self-managed complex.  Una has been fortunate to be part of the stakeholder committees to provide invaluable feedback to Service Alberta and RECA over the past few tumultuous years in our industry. Una believes that owners in the self-managed condominium sector in the province may not receive the knowledge that has been promoted to the management companies. She would like to explore how ACMA can also support these with the same benefits they should have from our industry and this organization.
