Education

In addition to continuing to support the next Annual Condominium and Real Estate Conference, ACMA will be renewing its efforts to provide province wide learning through online lunch and learns. This year the board has committed to 9 learning opportunities through to the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Check out the Sessions page to learn more or register for the next one.

Special Resolutions

The last ACMA Annual General Meeting took place on May 15th, 2024. With a renewed membership and a new board of directors the ACMA membership is currently undertaking a special resolution to complete the following society updates:

• Realigning initiatives with ACMA mission and vision statements.

• Significantly reducing the costs of the society to reduce or eliminate barriers to membership.

• Realigning the membership fee structure, the sponsorship opportunities and the services provided with the budget.

• Electing a new board passionate to pursue the new mandate provided by the members.

Code of Ethics Update

The code of ethics is being reviewed by the board of directors and an updated and more concise version will be rolled out to members in the near future.
